Sylios Corp Reports Financials to Become Current on the OTC Markets

ST. PETERSBURG, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 7, 2015 / Sylios Corp (OTC Pink: UNGS), a holding company with operations engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties, investments in equities and corporate debt and the development of products utilized in the medical and recreational marijuana industry today announced that the Company has filed its financials to become "Current" on the OTC Markets.
Sylios Corp recently filed the Company's September 30, 2014 Quarterly Report and its December 31, 2014 Unaudited Annual Report to bring the Company current in its filings. After review by OTC Markets, the Company status should be elevated to "Current". The Company's March 31, 2015 Quarterly Report will be filed on Wednesday May 13, 2015.
In an update to its recent announcement regarding participation in the development of a new marina facility, the Company would like to inform shareholders of the following:
- A Phase I Assessment is being completed during the next two weeks which will be submitted with permits
- Two Marina & Coastal Engineering firms are being interviewed for the permitting process
- Current facility plans will undergo revision during the current month
- Permits are to be submitted during the second calendar quarter, as planned
- Bids are out for the development of a new website for informational purposes and to solicit pre-sales
The Company would also like to inform shareholders although its plans to open the GCC Superstore have been delayed it is committed to moving forward with these plans. The Company has selected a new front-end and back-end developer for the superstore which should make the customer experience seamless. A mock up of the new GCC Superstore should be available to the Company prior to month's end.
