"In retrospect, my thinking is there was no urgency to run the pilot in the first case and other factors were in play that would take time to resolve in any event. It may be there were more repairs to the NF facility requiring a higher level of funding by EcoNav. I believe that may be the case, but have no knowledge if that is correct, or not. "
I'll point out that "in retrospect" the Faithful and Patient always can come up with a scenario to explain why they were initially mistaken and why there are further delays. The past is always markedly different than what investors were led to believe when they were looking forward.
So why was Mr. Bordynuik, and why is Mr. Heddle currently, so "stuck on stupid" that they can't ever properly explain PTOI's real situation?? At every point in time from when Mr. Heddle became CEO and all the way to the present, investors always had an incorrect view of the company's status until it became obvious that the view was incorrect...then those investors scrambled to find a plausible explanation.
What's wrong with Mr. Heddle's communication skills??
