The timeline runs to back in the summer of 14. About the time that the city started to really backtrack on Cen.
I do not know the terms of the lease, but, it seemed to me that it was a long standing lease.....like 10 or more years.
The ONLY way the lease agreement could be termed would be for non payment of the lease. I don't know if that happened or not and considering the money Cen had at the time....does not seem likely.
So that would mean that the lease would move forward along with the sale of the property. That would discourage a buyer.
But, if the City denied the use provision, there would be no reason for a lease, and could be termed on mutual agreement between Bill and Jim.
That obviously has not happened.
So, that means that they probably had a fallout of some sort and Jim was trying to destroy the business plan. That to me would explain a lot that has happened, and is happening.
The current fact is that Bill is still waiting on the OMB to decide on the grandfathering issue.
Also, waiting for the decision on the Judicial review.
If those things go in Bills favor, which I think is likely more than not, then, there is really nothing Jim can do except accept the terms of the lease, and allow things to proceed, and simply not renew the lease at which time Cen should be liquid enough to simply move on to another facility.
That is the only thing that makes sense to me. JMO of course.
