Well, another amazing article by Grant Robertson:

Funny how the award winning, investigative reporter for the business section never mentions anything about a lease.
Everything he says in this article is meaningless if CEN Biotech has any sort of long term lease on that land.
Jim can sell to whomever he wishes. The buyer would have to honor the lease.
Why wouldn't an investigative reporter ask about the lease?
Only 2 conclusions I can reach when reading this article.
1. This award winning business reporter doesn't know enough about business to even think that the company would have a lease in place.
2. He is intentionally trying to mislead his reader into thinking that if Cousin Jim sells the land that automatically means that CEN Biotech would have to vacate the premises.
