After the closing bell on Wednesday, Qorvo, Inc. (QRVO) reported an outstanding performance in its financial results with quarterly revenue and profit numbers that exceeded Wall Street analysts' expectations.
For its fourth quarter fiscal 2015, QRVO posted revenue of $634.9 million, a 46% increase year over year, and non-GAAP net income of $167.2 million, or $1.11 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $33.4 million, or $0.46 per diluted share in the same quarter the prior year, well above the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of $0.87 earnings per share on revenues of $623.65 million for the period.
QRVO anticipates continued strong financial performance in the June quarter and the company expects quarterly revenue of approximately $660 million to $670 million, up 5% sequentially at the midpoint.

Shares of MercadoLibre, Inc. (MELI) surged to a record high in after-hours trading Wednesday as the company delivered better-than-expected numbers in its quarterly financial report.
