Why would you need anyone's app? You can upload directly to Youtube. They must be using this company for some reason we don't understand. Maybe they plan on creating their own "Youtube" exclusively for 4K Videos...... Then again that would take a ton of bandwidth..... Also it would be very difficult to upload a 4K video with your phone.... The size is large...... Now if this app can shrink/format 4K video to a much smaller size/compression then I could see the use. Still I'm unsure how much the general user would pay for this type of app.
In my opinion this company was acquired for advertising reasons. I believe they have a type of technology that allows purchases within videos/ads. For instance you see a dress in a video you like.... You can click on the dress and it'll bring you somewhere to purchase it.... Obviously people wouldn't use this for full length videos.... But for commercials/ads for specific companies this could be huge. Realize I don't know if this company has this technology.....
If anyone has this technology/patents this technology it could be a gigantic revenue earner.... So if anyone knows of such company LMK so I can buy them.....
