In my mind I am relatively sure that all pvec debt is aged debt. now lets see who owns the shares and see if there is much dilution. doesn't have to be. Kerry and Jason can address this better. didn't they say no dilution. also we are not sure what Peter walked away with. we will know soon. imo The good news is that this is bad news for Turner and others. i love it. they cost a lot of traders money by being so arrogant and vindictive. if they had a case it should have been taken care of in courts and leave shareholders alone.
