This makes sense. We all wanted to know the results last night and of course there was rumors of a PR before market open BUT:
I have trouble believing the FAA had a portable printer with them and just printed out PASS documents on site. It's pretty typical in a corporate environment to 'know' you did well in an evaluation and go out and celebrate that night with your friends - yet you don't talk about it or know for sure until you meet with management the next day.
Generally you will talk about what went right and what could have been improved.
I believe this is good news; and no one will make me feel differently until we find out for sure.
