I placed an order at 10 AM CDT yesterday for 100K at $0.0275 and got 4 partial fills as follows:
Bought 17,100 $0.0275 11:08 AM 05/04/2015
Bought 10,000 $0.0275 2:52 PM 05/04/2015
Bought 350 $0.0275 3:23 PM 05/04/2015
72,550 unfilled
Today I placed an order around 10 AM CDT for 25K at $0.0275 and got …

Rather surprised at the relatively low quantities filled and number of trades it took; doesn't look to me like anyone with a big holding is liquidating this week, at least not below 3 cents.
Nothing has changed … we still have no communication but that is not new, so who is selling in small quantities so cheap?
