just a reminder for those who can actually think outside of the box
RH was totally out of character when he PR'd (reiterated) the ACC
Executive Summary back on 2.23.15
as i've noted since then .. my suspicions pertained *then and now*
to P2O's 2nd buyer ..
who imo most likely *dwarfs* ECO's initial purchase
this is why those of us who've actually worked in the real world
to say nothing of actual start up/s .. understand *nuances* in play
i'd suspect we have had *4 rounds* of *legal input* in regards to this 2nd buyer
most likely since late Feb or early March 2015 .. as a *factor* in play with *time lines*
