as i've noted since then .. my suspicions pertained *then and now*
to P2O's 2nd buyer ..
who imo most likely *dwarfs* ECO's initial purchase
this is why those of us who've actually worked in the real world
to say nothing of actual start up/s .. understand *nuances* in play
i'd suspect we have had *4 rounds* of *legal input* in regards to this 2nd buyer
most likely since late Feb or early March 2015 .. as a *factor* in play with *time lines*
