The .50 without a RS sounds way better to me, but I think you are being way too conservative. We could be MUCH higher than .50 in 5 years even without a RS. I haven't been invested in BLTA for several year and showing my support for them to basically take 90% of my ROI away through a RS. Look at SIRI. Yes they are a much larger company at this time, but they're on Nasdaq at over $3 with over 5 billion shares. They did a $2.2 billion buyback if I'm not mistaken. That's, by far the better option. Slow and steady.
