Depending on the State your license is from you can be in default up to six months before your license is delinquent. Depending on the State your in under a default status you can continue business activities until you are delinquent.
As far as which to do first, I agree with Jerry, get the fins out first to prove that there is income. I know there is a lot of skepticism over Rice 15. Although being the only source of income at this time, if it was done and over with XNRG would be obligated to report that.
I have been invested in this just like you way before any of the JV talk started. We invested in Rice 15 and the other oil plans Jerry had going at that time. Do I wish I had a crystal ball to tell me oil was going to hit a 20 year low, hell yes I do, but it was a gamble like all the rest of these penny stocks are.
This is all about the JV's now, things are going to be quiet until first deal is done.
