Confirmed float at that - Very positive that Icahn increased his stake to take control of the company and at the same time declined to sell his preferreds at $34.83 per share
Why would Carl pass on such a payday?????
A buyout does seem like the only plausible reason IMO
The Warrants have had the same trading gains as the commons - so there are 2 ways to play it allowing even small time investors with an amazing opportunity to make profits over and over again.
