scenario we can use the services of Factoring.

We went ahead and increased the AS to 400m in case we need any part of it
in the years to come. We felt this was the best time to do it since
we expected the old previous PVEC sharsholders to dump their shares
anyways since they have been waiting so long. Figured it best to do
the housekeeping now once and for all and be done with it and not have to
deal with it in years to come. We wanted to continue uplisting without
having to worry about increasing the AS later. We are trying to, in time, get a piece of the market share such as DJI and 3D Robotics has and we must act quickly and decisively early on. We are not making drone toys though, we are making robust professional platform for commercial or government applications.
We really aren't too concerned about the price if it falls too much because then it makes it easier to buy back more shares. We know we will have to trade at .10/share for atleast 30 days for the QX and $1.00/share for 30 days for
QX Premier. We have dedicated $35,000 just for auditors and filings to get
there as quickly as we can accomplish it. Then we will go from there.
