pssst .. actual P2O investors who've done the DD
understand why *few* will aid and abet by hitting the ask ..
you might also want to take notes on why they are *waiting*
colluding entities are expecting *news* .. and they are stretched rather thin
now let's see if that last *partial* round >> gets marked .. or not
