I am wondering if Paramount and other's Prefer NTEK's structure!
By that I mean NTEK may be able to strike deals with PARAMOUNT and many other BIG TIME COMPANIES.
People keep thinking shares, but they may also want to use NTEK because it makes their product look better and also, if more people watch it there are many ways o make money!
When I said there were many business options, I meant Paramount could make money by using NTEK through ways, that would be great for both parties. Maybe NTEK gives paramount some shares just the first 1 or 2 times, and gets exclusive rights to all their movies, by agreeing to split (% obviously determined by them not me)!
But there is the opportunity for NTEK to simply enter into an agreement to where NTEK makes a certain amount of money per rental, as does paramount! This would leave paramount with a steady stream of income, NTEK with a steady stream of income, plus no cost and a steady stream of income and Movies/Content!
There is then also the fact that NTEK could charge a monthly fee and just give paramount a percentage of that for exclusive rights to all their new movies. Then there is advertising/commercials or any type of marketing/advertising revenue.
Paramount/Ntek seem to have some type of Connection.
I mean NTEK is a very small company to be being lumped in with the other companies, and its not like it was really just mentioned.
NTEK/Ultraflix won the rights to INTERSTELLAR and GI: JOE...
These are A-List movies from Paramount, that I am sure they are counting on a lot of revenue!
NTEK may also be very smart to concentrate on streaming live fights/concerts. UFC is HUGE all over the world! If NTEK can somehow stream 4k better then everyone else, quicker or whatever, we are talking contracts with maybe the UFC or Just Certain Fighters!
This time next year if 4k is fully integrated, the Mayweather/Pacquiio fight for example would be on Ultraflix if it was the best. Think about the possible revenue for that!
In fact NTEK would be smart to produce that fight or another for free, if they were able to promote Ultraflix AND THE QUALITY OF THE FIGHT!
NTEK needs one small niche to start having enormous revenue for their company rolling in, then they can use that to expand and just keep doing that.
We have something coming, there are just so many options, its hard to figure out, what the real first HUGE bomb is going to be!
