THE ONE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS:
As you Know, I HAVE STATED THIS MANY TIMES AND AGREE!
Please read
1. But the best way, and to be fair some shareholder's need to help out.
2. Flipper's are a much bigger problem then many realize! So the best thing to do is keep a steady price, without swings. Flippers then lose interest!
3. CLOSE GREEN is VERY VERY IMPORTANT. If it is ever close to even or -1% or -2%, that means short's made a profit and can Keep their shares! Driving it green, really will pay HUGE DIVIDENDS!
4. TODAY Can't happen the whole $166.05 to drop the stock 5% at close, making the stock down over 8 %, instead of 2. something %! That's a Huge difference!
5. If you have bought Millions or Hundreds of thousand s of shares at .0121 or whatever. Buy a Few at the EOD to push it green if it Needs. Many already do.
6. But like today, when SHORTS, I consider it STOLE 5% from all of us longs with barely over $150 at the close, remember, the shorts show no mercy! RETURN THE FAVOR!! BUT BE SMART.. MANY TIMES we have HUGE DAYS and go up 30% or so!
7. SOLIDIFY the BASE as MUCH as PUSHING THE PPS UP!
We cannot allow (Example if the stock opens at .012) WE CANNOT ALLOW these CONCENTRATE ATTACKS! This is where the price literally goes down like 10-15% with almost no volume for an obvious cover! Then it shoots right back up! The whole shorting a stock, is supposed to be a HUGE RISK for a stock at these levels! WE EED TO AKE IT THAT WAY!
8.LETS FINISH GREEN, however slightly, this means shorts have to cover and/or turn over their shares! A lot of longs think oh it closed-.046 or so no big deal. We need that to be closes +.046 or +2.12%! The GREEN INSTEAD OF RED is very important! Those shares, and profit, is what they use to dump and dump again!
9. We want short s to have as few as shares as possible, and if they have them and are trying to keep it slightly red, turning it green and making them turn over their ammunition is huge!
10. The 10 NTEK COMMANDMENTS "Never let them get their own Supply HIGH"
I do have ideas to put an end to these things. However there are only a small amount of people I fully trust and Know to be longs (no offense to anyone) But you know who you are.
So if people would like to participate in putting an end to this:
1. For the members who communicate with me and are trusted longs, just pm me
2. For others (not to sound ridiculous) but just have a trusted member refer you! This is to keep out certain people, we have a HUGE BASHER/SHORT Problem!
3. Provide information about shares and money willing to invest and at what price (IMPORTANT, this is OPTIONAL, you will not be pushed or asked again, if you just SAY, I would rather not say... just say that DON'T LIE!, just please do not tell ME you have 10 MILLION SHARES and you have none! SIMPLY say, I do not want to disclose my shares, or I d would rather not say Same with Money you are looking to Invest in NTEK, or share price you would BUY at? Again "I am not comfortable, I would rather not say" just needs to be said once. LYING will not help anyone, but could hurt! You will not offend me, it will not be considered disrespectful or uncooperative or anything! I RESPECT PRIVACY AND UNDERSTAND!
Unfortunately, we have a lot of flippers, so after a 10%, 20%, 30% gain Longs, Buy shares. If these shares are from Flippers... Then the shorts just let Longs, buy as many shares as they want, until they usually are done, either because they don't have any more money allocated, don't have any more money, or the shorts haven't had to use any of their shares, so they open shorts, with the flippers having taken care of all of the shares sold for them.
Now the Shorts, can dump their shares and plummet the price! They then make money by both shorting and having more and more long shares!
But anything that Management ANNOUNCES goes out to EVERYONE ( which incudes shorts), so it could do more harm then good in certain cases.
The best way, is to just STRIKE, then Long term Shareholder's gain and Short's get Slaughtered.
For example I mean.. Initiate a Buyback or Share reduction, without saying anything. Then Retire a bunch of shares/issue a dividend/do something that makes shares worth a lot more instantly AND brings new Buyers!
