Hill Holliday Names TubeMogul Preferred Video Advertising Partner

EMERYVILLE, Calif. and BOSTON, April 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, TubeMogul (Nasdaq: TUBE ), a leading enterprise software company for brand advertising, and Hill Holliday have announced a preferred partnership where Hill Holliday's programmatic team will use TubeMogul's software platform to consolidate video advertising buys on behalf of the agency's clients.

The agreement is a natural extension of an existing two-year relationship between TubeMogul and Hill Holliday and cements the agency's shift from a managed-service model to a self-serve approach. Transparency around both economic and performance metrics, the increased operational efficiency from automation and the ability to execute data-driven audience buys across multiple screens were key factors in cementing the partnership.

"TubeMogul's software provides us with a centralized place from which we can easily manage and control every aspect of our campaigns," said Katie Thompson, VP Director Platform Media, Hill Holliday. "They have embodied the spirit of partnership through not only consistent education, but also through their unsurpassed dedication to helping us make every ad buy more accountable for our clients."

"Hill Holliday's commitment to transparency and providing their clients with both exceptional service as well as exceptional business results makes them ideal partners for us," said Lee Freund, Vice President of Enterprise Sales, TubeMogul. "We're incredibly excited to formalize what has been a long and fruitful relationship and we look forward to collaborating with the Hill Holliday team to collectively move the industry forward."

As part of the deal, members from Hill Holliday's programmatic team will complete TubeMogul's Client Certification Program, a comprehensive overview of the digital advertising industry as well as in-depth instruction of TubeMogul's platform.
