Called the Nevada Secy of State office: SO.. Marani is not required to keep their business address on file with Nevada government office. The registered agent is supposed to receive this information.
Its a common situation.. Even on hold - the automated message playing while on hold says this. You have to try 411.com to get the new address.
To send HQ mail.. you can try sending it to the registered agent which is "supposed" to forward to the company (if they have the new address). The only required address the Secy of State requires is the primary officers address.
So, there is nothing legally requiring Margrit to tell us where she is due to Nevada registration practices.
