Agree. However, look at this: $PWCL (power Clouds) has a small float. About 8 million shares and no one is selling. The company also owns majority of WRMT another stock with no float and will spin-off to shareholders. WRMT just started the presale of it's next wearable glasses. You should look at this. Very interesting and you may want to buy $PWCL just to get shares of WRMT:

In addition, $PWCL has tons of cash, positive cash flow and positive earnings with dividends. This is not a penny stock. You have to get some shares and wait for it to become next Apple or Google.
