Its the most manipulated, MM driven OTC stock I have ever seen. Not sure anything else is even close. Someone needs this stock price to be as cheap as possible for as long as possible. There is not doubt on that. The question is why.

Accumulating large amounts of the company
Are the two very most likely answers
Nothing in how this stock trades is normal. Not where buys and sells happen, trading at 5th digit consistently, hidden bids and asks, obvious MM wash trading at times...
Usually you see a few weird trades. Here it is consistent, every day stuff
