RH is many things .. but stupid isn't one of them
it's quite clear for those who actually understand
what gets filed and when .. what is en route

the only ? i have is if there is a 2nd buyer in the mix
now with Eco ..

my *speculation* is
based on my DD and analysis (buyers as in plural
noted a few x over by RH) and RH's totally out of
character >> reiteration of a known event >> ACC's
Executive Summary .. not a man for either hyperbole
or spending one extra cent b4 its time

fortunately based on RH's prior pattern .. we'll get
that info >> *odds are filed* .. within 4 business days
of 5.1.15 .. if not sooner

this is why some of us noted the week of 5.4.15 for intel .. *months ago*
