The Notice has been revised to include a new proposal from the Nomination Committee on the Chairman of the AGM (item 2 of the Agenda).
The Nomination Committee has previously proposed that Advocate Jonas Rogberg be appointed chairman of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. However, Mr. Rogberg has since informed the Company that due to unexpected personal circumstances he would be unable to act as chairman of the meeting to be held on May 12, 2015. Therefore the Nomination Committee proposes that Advocate David Andersson be appointed chairman of the meeting.
There are no other changes in the Notice.
