I will bet everything I own that the certs will not be redeemable for cash.
I will also bet everything I own that the O/S will be increased very soon and dilution will happen all over again as we plummet towards no bid.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD THIS COMPANY TAKE OVER 4 MILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT TO SHAREHOLDERS PLUS MISC. LAWSUITS AND OLD DEBT????????
MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!!
Unless of course, there are more sinister plans cooking...
