That's funny...I may be mistaken as I have been very, VERY busy conducting productive business and am a bit on the tired side, but I don't recall publicly stating anything about those email you mention.
I wouldn't be so quick to take Cassandra's postings as the gospel as she has proved herself to be quite wrong a number of times. Especially when it involves me.
The email came from Peter Villiotis as it has been reiterated by him, making the email and some of its content public at:

Further, I suggest you do a bit more digging before you make further accusations about Jason & I being responsible for the stock plummeting. That was a spiral that began before we entered the scene and had nothing to do with us. We did everything humanly possible to avoid it. But it was, unfortunately, out of our hands.
By the way, your writing is eerily familiar...
