Morris will head up the development and release of updates to NanoTech Communications' RingZones product as well as the release of upcoming products, including 4K video apps that leverage both the UpLink.to automated media file management technology as well as NanoTech's 4K Ultra HD technology.
Basically, it sounds like this partnership will enable organizations to produce 4K content to various different places.
From the UpLink.to site:
"NEW! Upload photos to any Facebook brand, product or business page you manage!! Just login with the Facebook account you use to manage the Facebook Page, and any page you have Content Creator administrator access to will be displayed in a drop down menu. Select the page, and upload!"

Facebook is a large and legitimate medium, with more than 1.3 billion active monthly users worldwide.

If I'm reading this correctly, it sounds like the acquisition will eventually enable NTEK to help corporations and individuals load 4K images and videos to their Facebook pages. Additionally, it looks like the merger will enable companies to upload 4K content to Twitter, PowerPoint presentations, and their Web sites.
