Correct me if I'm wrong, but Jeff was the CEO and now is on the board. Phil (I believe and could be wrong here) was the head of mobile comm's....right? It appears that NTEK is distancing themselves by removing them from top positions. Simply an observation PP, not sure if it's a positive or not.
