I understand the need for capital to get the compa

I understand the need for capital to get the company going. But for those shares to be sold and have some decent value, it would seem necessary for the filings to be current and the monkey off our back of being in the greys. Hopefully, it is a sign of those filings soon to be finished. My best to all, Jim
