Mauro as its Director of Operations. Mauro is a veteran program management professional with more than 30 years of mission-focused leadership, business development and systems engineering experience across government and private industry. Mauro is a former Senior Program Manager at GCI, Inc. in Chantilly, VA, where he led teams of engineers and scientists supporting contracts and programs for a variety of U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. He previously served as a Program Manager and Technology Director for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer, Engineering Test Flight Officer and Patrol Plane Mission Commander in the U.S. Navy.
