No longer a rumor. There has been a HVELD 10:1 share split last week, filed friday. New AS now is 450mln.
Could be the reason for the tanking yesterday.
The news that "NanoTech's UltraFlix Streaming Network Secures over 80 Theatrical Movie Titles from Inception Media Group" didn't do any good to counter that.

I can't believe they still have their heads in the clouds over there.
I think we ones again have to wait and see (mostly wait), as we are still waiting for content that was announced to come a month ago.
Those kind of "new content agreement" PR's have no longer any value. Au contraire.

Umm, lest we not forget the shareholder letter from Riordan? He said audits were a priority along with CFO. No need to complain to the board about the company not getting audits done. I know we tend to have a 'what have you done for me lately' mindset but uh....content (Interstellar & GI Joe) = revenues and revenues = stuff to count, not the other way around ....oh, and one more thing, I mean 80 more things just dropped this morning.
