can you imagine due to the sec's gross incompetence
and egregious greed .. if they are *outsourced* by those
co.s who want to play in a level playing field .. you know
a market with actual hard locates >> returned b4 they are reaccessed
so that the bogus bs done daily by the market markers and their bosses
isn't the only *game* in town ..
i can see that very distinct possibility in due course based on all that is now *known*
