Spoil mom with an overnight experience that includes superior accommodations in one of the hotel's newly-designed guest rooms, Mother's Day brunch for two at Parallel 37 and complimentary valet parking. The Mother's Day Dine and Unwind package starts at $599 per night.
Mother's Day Brunch at Parallel 37 Seatings at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Celebrate mom and enjoy a delicious four-course spring brunch by Chef Michael Rotondo at Parallel 37. Incorporating dishes with the freshest ingredients of the season and brunch favorites, Chef Rotondo's menu (with choices) includes: Strawberry Gazpacho with roasted pepper, mint, toasted almonds; Glaum Ranch Organic Egg Frittata with peas, morels, bacon, sheep's milk and Wild Alaskan Halibut with marbled potatoes, spring onion and tomatillo. Moms will receive a special bouquet of flowers and a lovingly-crafted cupcake to take home. Brunch is $115 per guest.
Mother's Day Afternoon Tea in The Lounge Seatings at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.
On Mother's Day, warm mom's heart with the delicious and treasured ritual of Afternoon Tea in the stylish, city-view Lounge. The Afternoon Tea experience includes fine pots of tea, finger sandwiches crafted with seasonal, local ingredients and memorable sweets. Vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free options are also available. Live harp music accompanies the afternoon. Afternoon Tea is $65 per guest.
Mother's Day Dinner at Parallel 37 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Treat mom to a decadent dinner experience indulging in a special Mother's Day Tasting Menu by Chef Michael Rotondo at Parallel 37. Highlighted by an exquisite Spring Lamb with Fava Bean, Curry, and Fregola, Chef Rotondo's special five-course menu is artistically creative and features the finest ingredients of spring. Mother's Day Dinner is $95 per guest with an optional beverage pairing.
