Seems like a very reasonable explaination Tryz regarding the time. It will come and based upon the tape action as we speak we are currently at .10 on over 500k shares with the vwap approx .099 today and I see this can be 7 out of 8 days YES CELTIC GREEN!!!!
Joe Black is correct with his explaination as he is a very astute investor and great to have a man of his caliber on board!!!
Bottom Line: 10k not impacting share price at all we are 1 point away from the Wed massacre of the "1" seller as it does not have to be reflected in a 13g for that to happen. I will not give away my D.D. as others will have to do their own work. The 10k will come sooner than latter and whether it is 4 days, several weeks, or several months it will be here and take additional pressure off the stock. In essence the late k is yes yet another catalyst!!!!!!!!
