What I've written in bold below has nothing to do with GRCU's current situation since so far GRCU has played by the SEC rules and Fed/State laws to the letter. On the other hand GRCU'S financials are currently unaudited. On the surface there are some similarities but I don't believe the example below is the same problem with GRCU's share price and I also doubt that Cruz wants to end up in jail! On the other hand Cruz doesn't seem to care too much about his .005's or he doesn't know what to do about it or he has bigger plans in mind?
I owned a penny stock with a similar downward spiral action but it took over 2-3 years and not just one year. The stock was PLNI (Plasticon International). The 68 year old CEO is serving 20 years on four counts of securities fraud and three counts of tax evasion. I was called by an FBI agent and I answered his many questions and I became one of a few volunteer shareholder witnesses during Turek's Kentrucky based trial. You can see my Ihub alias all over Ihub's PLNI stock message board back in the 2004-2006 timeframe. The PLNI board is still up on Ihub.
A link to a newspaper article concerning Turek's conviction is below. CEO James Turek was promising SOX audited financials in PRS but it never happened. He claimed the patents for molds to produce plastic rebar supports were worth millions but when the truth came out, PLNI didn't really own the patents. Turek was falsifying and backdating notes. He was signing these notes as CEO and CFO. He went live one day on one of those web based financial shows (GreenXXXXX.com) and claimed he was "not" drawing a salary. Meanwhile he issued himself shares in lieu of a salary and against these so-called "promissary notes" to himself in lieu of salary. Not only was he not reporting the notes in the 10Qs and 10Ks but he never reported the issuence of stock to himself in the 10Q and 10K filings. Too make matters worse he sold the stock on the open market and diluted PLNI'S PPS down to .0001. Then PLNI filed CH 11 and at that point the SEC started investigating due to numerous complaints. I was in contact with another shareholder who lost over $250K. I lost $35K on that one so GRCU is a walk in the park so far!

I'm staying long myself but now I'm averaging down when I feel the bottom is in. I hope Cruz (the arrogant prick) knows how to read because I am tiring of his bullchit and obtuse nature! It's time for him to wake up and smell the coffee and communicate!
