Enigma Mobile chose the reverse merger into a public company like WOLV for two very good reasons.
1. To maintain control of the technology
2. To produce not only for the mobile app but for the approximately 49 other applications that could be in the pipeline
It does not matter about the past as most real investors know, this is still a speculative stock and as such is only suited for speculative players or those who have the brainpower to understand what is coming, dwelling in the past is not something real investors do.
Latest 10Q is almost finished and should be presented soon, although it will not show much of a difference some of the debt will be taken off and the only item left is funding this project.
Now does anyone really think that a man of Dr. David Chalk's stature would enter into an agreement if it was not able to be funded?
This technology is not old it is way ahead of it's time, for those of you who know how to research I suggest some reading on the subject
