Presented by Hardware + Building Supplier magazine, the awards are based on the publication's annual survey of retailers and distributors who were asked to identify the brand that offers the most outstanding benefits for their business. Based on the survey results, Trex earned first place in the decking category.

In April, Trex took top honors in the decking products category of the Green Builder Media 2015 Reader's Choice Awards, for the fourth year running. Golden Hammer Award criteria include category management, inventory management, new product innovation, quality control and service to the trade.
