This going to continue with skeptics pointing out that the root of the problem was Mr. Bordynuik's fake numbers years ago and longs frantically trying to sweep that under the rug by saying Mr. Bordynuik is gone and no longer matters. Mr. Bordynuik does matter--it's his fabricated and misleading information which made PTOI skyrocket...and investors' slow realization that those numbers are fake as the reason the stock keeps sinking.
I'm not sure where Mr. Heddle stands but the issue will be that if Mr. Heddle sues Mr. Bordynuik for fraud, it's game over for extracting any more money from loyal investors. Mr. Heddle's best course of action is to extract as much money as he can from investors first. Once that well runs dry, if he's inclined, he can go after Mr. Bordynuik for fraud.
