Patience is key! Just a matter of time before a merger, joint venture and/or spin off is accomplished. Jones ' s first and only PR eluded to a merger completed by end of 2nd quarter. Could take longer but Cruz has every incentive to get it done sooner than later and Cruz is the principle of the merger. He doesn't need anyone else other than the accountants and lawyers to file with the SEC.
