GRCU has accomplished many of their PR'D milestone

Cruz is the majority shareholder of Green Cures Inc (private company) so he should be able to merge with GRCU and bring additional value to GRCU and reduce the share structure in parallel. Then I hope to see this so-called "spin off" of Rico Suave into a new public company with a share structure that will support the new energy drink company's growth. A joint venture will hopefully bring with it some funding from the business arrangement, additional products, additional marketing/advertising and additions to the management team and employee's. If this has been Cruz's and David O's plans all along then why would they give a chit about the daily PPS with such bigger plans in mind. Maybe Cruz remains CEO and a new CFO steps in? The guy is definitely ambitious based on his real estate businesses. Too much of what is defined below has been PR'D and/or rumored to only remain rumor. I believe a combination of these business strategies is in the works.
DEFINITION of 'Joint Venture - JV'
A business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. This task can be a new project or any other business activity. In a joint venture (JV), each of the participants is responsible for profits, losses and costs associated with it. However, the venture is its own entity, separate and apart from the participants' other business interests.
DEFINITION of 'Merger'
The combining of two or more companies, generally by offering the stockholders of one company securities in the acquiring company in exchange for the surrender of their stock.
DEFINITION of 'Spinoff'
The creation of an independent company through the sale or distribution of new shares of an existing business or division of a parent company. A spinoff is a type of divestiture. Businesses wishing to streamline their operations often sell less productive or unrelated subsidiary businesses as spinoffs. For example, a company might spin off one of its mature business units that is experiencing little or no growth so it can focus on a product or service with higher growth prospects. The spun-off companies are expected to be worth more as independent entities than as parts of a larger business.
