it's called resetting
they have done it CONsistently on the stock
since 2010
but i suspect you already knew that ..
now let's see what (of this latest round) gets marked
and what doesn't
in 2 weeks .. we'll see if the following line up *aligns* when we
all get to see what the market manipulators report to FINRA
for April 2015 ..
1 .. NN
2 .. CDEL
3 .. CSTI
5 .. ATDF
curious as to where VFIN *lands* re: April's report
and if ETRF gets a mention .. or not
