Fitz, $PWCL will take off as soon as the spin-off of the World Global Network (www.worldgn.com) is official. In the news yesterday the company said they will spin-off all other entities to shareholders and concentrate on solar farms only. That will be huge help for a stock with only 8 million shares float.
