I wonder if NTEK touch base with Apple and letting

I wonder if NTEK touch base with Apple and letting them know that we can use SUB 4Mbps bandwidth. This may cause Apple to reconsider their decision but not having 4k tv on mrkt at this time. Otherwise they will lose the race to other companies.
