Insider Selling/Trying To Figure This News Out

In full disclosure, I really don't like the Exec Chairman and was curious why he sold. I did some digging and it looks like Schein just bought (closed April 1) a different analyzer manufacturer and distributor. At first, I thought this might be a good thing but this company looks like they have their own branded analyzers so not sure if they manufacture them as well. Opinions welcomed. This must either supplement or supplant HSKA for Schein but not sure which:
