I see a case that looks just like the NP-1. I just emailed Mersive back asking if they used Foxconn to build the units. Not unusually for Foxconn to use similar cases between companies.
As I said, Mersive also stated it was not a rebrand, unless this is a joint effort, but I have not confirmation on that either.
