(not just because of WOLV's ability to issue shares-and it does not seem any share issuance is immediately in view because after receiving his control shares the A/S will be maxed out again)
because investors would be more comfortable w a public SEC reporting company like WOLV than w a private company which has no public accountability.
So I assume that is part of the chicken and the egg fundraising situation/strategy?
