some might remember June 2012
when threshold was triggered for the
2nd time on PTOI .. b4 *certs* were
even cut for aromatics .. some might
also remember 6 months later in early
Jan 2013 (mere days b4 dolts settlement)
PTOI shares were sold by 2 who had to file
those sells .. b4 *settlement* >> coincidence
i don't believe so ..
goal is to always outlast *retail* and OTC mgmts
and no i have had no response to my email to RH
but as i've previously noted elsewhere .. i didn't expect to
