They can only retire them, if and only if, they are in the company's possession. Which we know that's not true based off of the last financials. Unfortunately, either they will need to purchase them back, or have to R/S. A R/S isn't necessarily bad, as everyone perceives. As long as their is a strong strategic business plan with a partner like Drones USA, I would look at it as a positive. This will actually generate volume and interest into the stock. We would have a much larger investor pool at a penny then we do in the trips.
