Global Partners Declares Increased Cash Distribution for the First Quarter of 2015

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.68 per unit ($2.72 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from January 1 through March 31, 2015. The distribution will be paid May 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2015.

The total consideration is approximately $156 million, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition is expected to be accretive in the first full year of operations. Closing is expected in the second quarter of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Global plans to fund the acquisition with borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
