Exactly RobInvest it will be awhile, the min for NYSE is 4.00 an no min for otcbb,
This is correct, there is no min. price point for the OTCBB. We are in position for an uplist to the OTCBB. It will take the audited financials, the S1 filing with the SEC and filling out the application for the uplist.
