What if those shares were put up as collateral as part of a deal with Sony and will come back to NTEK when NTEK performs on the deal.
What if those shares could then be retired? None of us know and neither do those trying to bankrupt the company by selling tens of millions of non existent shares. That is the advantage of being dark, the enemy does not know all that is underway. What we do know and the shorts know as well is that what NTEK has accomplished to date is unusual and not what would be expected from a penny stock.
